•   Safety inspections: Galvanized steel, Aluminum, or Zinc-coated steel
•   Safety policies: Create and implement safety policies and measures to protect employees and reduce risk.
•   Safety training: Initiate and organize training for employees and executives on occupational health and safety (OHS).
•   Safety advice: Provide advice on safety aspects of all jobs, and on the purchase and storage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
•   Accident investigation: Investigate accidents, near-misses, and mishaps, and gather evidence to determine their causes.
•   Risk assessment: Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.
•   Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal health and safety regulations.
•   Emergency response planning: Develop emergency response plans for the workplace, including procedures for evacuating employees and coordinating with emergency services.
•   Review policies: Review existing policies and measures and update them as needed.

•   Create detailed structural steel models in Tekla Structures software
•   Generate fabrication drawings and material lists from the models
•   Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of designs
•   Use industry standards and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency of designs
•   Communicate with fabricators and contractors to ensure successful fabrication and construction of structures
•   Review and analyse project specifications and requirements to ensure compliance
•   Participate in design and construction meetings as needed
•   Continuously update and improve skills and knowledge of Tekla Structures software and industry trends

•   Proficiency in Tekla Structures software
•   Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
•   Experience in creating detailed shop and fabrication drawings for steel structures
•   Knowledge of industry standards and codes related to steel detailing
•   Strong communication skills to collaborate with engineers and architects

•   Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling) and 3D modeming software is a plus

•   Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries that can benefit from our PEB solutions. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective marketing and sales strategies.
•   Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social media, and networking. Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
•   Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our PEB solutions.
•   Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits our services. Customize presentations to address specific client needs and requirements.
•   Quotation and Proposal Development: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals in collaboration with the technical and engineering teams. Ensure timely submission and follow-up on proposals.
•   Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes while maximizing revenue and profitability.
•   Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets and objectives as defined by the company. Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.

•   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Diploma Mechanical, OR Master is a plus).
•   Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the PEB or construction industry.
•   Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•   Proficiency in ERP & Smack software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•   Willingness to travel as needed.
•   Knowledge of PEB industry trends and products is a plus.
